Sometimes you just want to talk things over
Planning to open a nursery and just want to discuss or clarify somethings? Or maybe you’ve already started and want some advice on running the nursery or marketing.
A short call can make a big difference, and can help make sure you’re on the right path to getting your nursery started.
We have three different call types.
One five-minute introductory phone call, which is free. 30-minute and 1 hour consultations.
Here you can ask any questions you want about opening or running a nursery.
To get the most out of the phone call, you can email any questions you have prior to the conversation to allow me to give you the best and most accurate answer.

Calls can be with or without video and you won’t need to download any special programs for it. I’m able to accommodate most time zones, and won’t judge if you’re in your pyjamas!
I aim to make my services as accessible as possible, so if you aren’t comfortable making calls, please let me know and I can arrange to answer your questions over email. Costs will be comparative to the above prices, but dependant on how many questions you want to ask.
Please note this is not a service to have any of your documents reviewed. If you want feedback on your business plan, contract or anything else I am creating a service whereby this will be possible, so watch this space.

Want Regular Consultation and Advice?
One phone/ video call sometimes isn’t enough.
You may want or need regular consultation as you set-up your nursery.
Whether that is to discuss a building you just found, figure out the best ways to market (my expertise) or you may just have become lost or overwhelmed and need help getting back on track.
No matter what your need for the consultation, you can book regular nursery consultation sessions of five, ten or twenty hours at a discounted price.
These can be used at anytime within the year of booking and sessions will last up to one hour. (Unused minutes can not be rolled over).

How does it work?
Once you’ve selected a time, I’ll send you a link for the call. It is helpful to let me know if there are any specific topics you want to cover. You can either send me your questions via the booking form, by email, or we can go through them on the call.
How much does it cost?

Members of both the home nursery course and the full nursery course can save up to 25% off the consultation price.

Where will the call take place?
I have a virtual meeting room and will provide a link once the call is booked. You won’t need to download anything to access the room.
How do I submit questions in advance?
By clicking book now, you will be taken to the booking screen where there is a section to submit any questions.
Do I need to submit questions?
No, I know some questions may be difficult to write and you may just want to air out some ideas. So, you do not need to submit questions in advance. It just helps me to give you the best advice as it will give me a chance to prepare any answers.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your consultation for free as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Any less than that then you would only be entitled to a 50% refund.
You can reschedule the meeting up to two times for free, though if the meeting is then later cancelled you would only be entitled for the 50% refund.
Can multiple people join the meeting?
Unfortunately, I can only accommodate one device to access the meeting.
Others can join if they are using the same device.
