Use these documents to help prepare for your Ofsted Inspection. These documents will form part of your self evaluation which was required by Ofsted.
These documents include:
- Are you ready for your Ofsted inspection? – this is a checklist to ensure you have all the documents ready for your Ofsted inspection. Make sure you have all the documents you need ready to show Ofsted when they come.
- Hazard Identification Risk Assessment – use this form regularly to risk assess your nursery, and plan what actions to take if the risks are high. We recommend risk assessing the nursery once a term.
- EYFS Group Cohort Tracking Prime and Specific – use this group tracking to record all your children’s development all in one place, making it easy to compare.
- EYFS Group Tracking Evaluation – use this document to evaluate the evidence you have recorded in the group tracking document above. If for example your group tracking reveals that your children are tracking below in Communication and Language you then use this document to plan a course of action
- Health and Safety Equipment Checklist – this document is a checklist to ensure all your health and safety equipment is up-to-date. Recommended to be completed once a term
- Safeguarding Audit – to be used by management to determine whether your nurseries safeguarding procedures are effective and up-to-date.
- Ofsted Requirements Documents Audit – ensure these all your SEF files are up-to-date with this cover document.
