Use these documents to help manage your staff.  These documents will be used to monitor and help support staff’s development

  1. Staff Contract (Statement of terms of employment) – A robust contract which gives both you and your employee certain rights and obligations. Download and start editing immediately.
  2. Supervision Template – a template used to structure essential conversations with staff to help aid their development.  Supervisions should be undertaken each term.  This should be used in conjunction with the Employee Self-Evaluation Form.
  3. Room Observations – a detailed room observation sheet, to help analyse and improve staff’s practice.
