- Parent Contract (Terms and Conditions) – get access to a robust contract that you can give to parents. This contract has been verified by our legal team to ensure that you are protected when running your business. It covers everything from late collection to Force Majeure Events. Use this along with your policies and procedures to fully protect your nursery.
- Emergency Contacts – collect the emergency contacts of the children. Needed when the main guardians aren’t contactable.
- Photo Permission Form – a document to get permission from parents regarding the use of photos in the setting.
