2. Use of this website
By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing a course or downloading a resource, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You must not use this website in a way that:
- breaks any law or regulation;
- infringes the rights of another person or organisation;
- interferes with the security, availability or operation of the website;
- attempts to copy, resell, redistribute or misuse our course content, downloads or resources;
- uses false, misleading or inaccurate account or payment information.
3. Training and course access
When you enrol onto a course or purchase a course, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Course access is for the registered learner only unless the product clearly states that group, team or staff access is included.
You must not share your login details, copy course materials, distribute videos, upload materials to another platform, or give access to anyone who has not been enrolled properly.
4. CPD, certificates and qualifications
Some courses may provide continuing professional development evidence and a certificate of completion once the required course steps and assessments have been completed.
Our courses provide training, learning support and continuing professional development. Unless expressly stated otherwise, completing a course does not result in a regulated qualification or an award from an Ofqual-recognised awarding organisation.
Where a course title includes wording such as “Level 2”, this describes the intended training level or depth of the course content. It does not mean the course is a regulated qualification unless that is clearly stated.
5. Payments and purchases
Payments are processed through the checkout system on our website. You agree to provide accurate billing, account and payment information when making a purchase.
Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that order.
6. Digital products, downloads and refunds
Many of our products are digital products, including online courses, templates, documents, guides and downloadable resources.
Refund rights may depend on the type of product purchased, whether access or download has already been provided, and any specific refund terms shown on the product page or checkout page.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us so we can review the issue.
7. Group and team purchases
Where group or team training is purchased, the buyer or group leader is responsible for adding the correct learners and managing staff access.
Group training places must only be used for genuine learners within the purchasing organisation or setting, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Intellectual property
All course content, videos, slides, written materials, templates, downloads, graphics, branding and resources provided through this website are owned by or licensed to Open A Nursery – Curtly Ania Ltd unless stated otherwise.
You may use purchased or downloaded materials for your own personal learning, business planning or internal setting use.
You must not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload, reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
