Complete Mentorship does not provide indefinite or lifetime one-to-one support. Any support beyond the initial 12 months is considered individually and depends on the client remaining actively engaged in the agreed nursery-opening work.
When something is time-sensitive, you should not feel stuck
Complete Mentorship clients receive priority email and WhatsApp support. Their queries are placed ahead of standard support where property negotiations, Ofsted arrangements, application deadlines or other important decisions need quicker input.
This does not promise an instant or fixed response time. It means Complete Mentorship clients receive the highest support priority while they are actively working through the programme.

Book a Mentorship Fit Call before making your decision
Talk through your nursery plans, current stage and the level of support you genuinely need. You will leave with a clearer recommendation rather than being pushed into the more expensive option.
Join either mentorship programme within 14 days and the £49 call fee will be deducted from your programme price. Entry to Complete Mentorship remains subject to suitability and available capacity.
One £49 credit per person or nursery project. The credit is applied to a paid mentorship enrolment and is not issued separately as a cash refund.

Questions about choosing a mentorship programme
Which programme should I choose if I have not found a building?
Either programme can support you before securing a property. Business Mentorship provides guidance through your calls and email support. Complete Mentorship is more suitable where you want Curtly closely involved in the property search, assessment, negotiation and building decisions.
Why is Complete Mentorship recommended for serious founders?
Opening a nursery involves interconnected decisions around property, finance, registration, staffing and Ofsted. Complete Mentorship provides greater continuity, building visits, implementation support and priority communication so those decisions can be approached as one joined-up project.
Does Complete Mentorship support continue until I open?
The formal active mentorship period is 12 months. Where you remain actively engaged, complete agreed actions and continue making reasonable progress, limited completion support may continue beyond the initial period by agreement. The programme does not include indefinite or lifetime one-to-one support.
What remains available after the Business Mentorship email period?
Your full nursery course remains available for lifetime access. The included calls, business plan review and Ofsted preparation may be used after the six-month email-support period, subject to the programme’s booking and usage terms. Can the £49 call be deducted from a mentorship package?
Yes. Where you join either mentorship programme within 14 days of the Mentorship Fit Call, the £49 fee will be deducted from the programme price. Complete Mentorship is subject to suitability and available programme capacity.
Can I move from Business Mentorship to Complete Mentorship later?
This may be possible where Complete Mentorship capacity is available. Any upgrade arrangement and credit for previous payments should be agreed in writing before changing programmes.
