Built around the decisions practitioners make in real settings
Early years training is most useful when staff can connect it to children, routines, records, conversations with families and the professional decisions they make each day.
The courses are designed to explain both what staff need to know and how that knowledge should influence practice. They are not a substitute for strong leadership, supervision or setting procedures, but they can strengthen the understanding behind them.
Give staff their own access and keep training evidence organised
Safeguarding training can be purchased for an individual learner or as group places for a nursery, childcare setting or staff team. Learners should use their own login so progress and certificates are connected to the correct person.
- Purchase one place or multiple staff learner places
- Create a group for your nursery or childcare team
- Enrol individual staff using their own details
- Monitor progress where the course group dashboard provides this
- Keep completion certificates with staff training and CPD records
