Where does the consultation take place?
The consultation takes place online. You will receive a private meeting link and you will not need to download special software. You can join with or without video.
Should I send my questions in advance?
It is helpful but not compulsory. You can submit questions through the booking form or by email, or simply talk through your plans during the call.
Can someone else join me?
Yes, others can join you if everyone uses the same device. Only one device can access the meeting.
What if I prefer written advice?
If you are not comfortable making calls, please get in touch before booking. Written answers by email may be possible depending on what you need help with.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% refund applies. You can reschedule up to two times free of charge.
